How do remote labs handle latency for pair work?

Sessions use regional relays based in Seoul and Tokyo with adaptive bitrate guidance. If your uplink struggles, mentors switch you to async capture review so you still progress.

Are printed runbooks available?

We ship PDF runbooks for every cohort. Physical booklets can be ordered for on-site teams with ten business days lead time and a printing fee quoted separately.

What is not included in tuition?

Exam vouchers, travel, and employer change windows are excluded. We focus on lab time, mentor feedback, and structured artifacts you can archive.
