Returns & Refunds

1. Process

To request a refund or cancellation, email hello@combine-node.one with your full name, cohort name, and payment reference if available. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Approved refunds are initiated through the same channel used for payment where possible. Processing times depend on card networks or bank rails and may take up to fourteen additional days.

If you prefer a cohort transfer instead of a refund, mention availability; transfers are subject to seat limits and schedule fit.

2. Scope

These rules apply to direct enrollments with MeshPilot Academy for listed lab courses and team packages sold through our standard order flow.

Purchases made through resellers follow the reseller's policy first; we will coordinate where contracts require joint handling.

Donation-style sponsorships or grant-funded seats may carry separate written restrictions communicated at enrollment.

3. Eligibility

Consumers resident in Korea may exercise statutory cooling-off rights within fourteen days of purchase for distance contracts when services have not been fully performed, subject to deductions for consumed portions as law allows.

If you accessed more than half of downloadable materials or attended multiple live sessions, partial refunds may apply consistent with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

Corporate buyers should verify internal procurement rules; negotiated statements of work override this page only where explicitly signed.

4. Exceptions

Customized private cohorts with dedicated topology builds begun on your behalf may become non-refundable after the kickoff design workshop described in your order.

Exam vouchers purchased as add-ons are non-refundable once codes are issued by examination providers.

No-shows without notice do not automatically receive credit; contact us if emergencies occur so we can discuss good-faith options.

5. Contact

Refund communications should include the email used at enrollment so we can match records quickly.

For disputes, we aim to resolve informally first. You may also use recognized consumer dispute mediation bodies available in Korea.

Enterprise customers should copy their procurement lead on refund threads to align with internal approvals.

6. Timeframe

Cooling-off requests must arrive before the fourteenth day from the contract conclusion unless a different statutory window applies.

Cohort-specific cancellation cutoffs, such as seven days before start for staffing reasons, are listed in checkout summaries and do not replace statutory rights where they conflict.

Internal review of non-standard cases typically completes within five business days.

7. Updates

Policy updates are dated at the top of this document. Material changes to refund handling will be communicated to active registrants when contact details are available.

If a change reduces your rights for a purchase already made, the version at purchase date governs unless you consent to the new terms.

Translations are provided for convenience; Korean consumers may rely on mandatory local provisions regardless of wording here.
