The data controller for this site and related enrollment workflows is MeshPilot Academy, reachable at hello@combine-node.one and the postal address shown in the site footer.

Data protection inquiries should include enough context for us to verify your request without collecting excessive identification. We may ask proportionate follow-up questions.

If you believe processing infringes applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission of Korea or another competent authority.

We rely on a small set of processors to host the site, deliver email, and operate lab infrastructure. Contracts require processors to use data only for instructed purposes and to apply appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal data. Where analytics tools are used after consent, they are configured to minimize identifiers and retention according to the Cookie Preferences page.

Links to external sites are not controlled by MeshPilot Academy; their policies govern any data you choose to share there.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing.

We will respond within reasonable timelines required by Korean privacy law, typically within thirty days unless complexity or volume requires an extension with notice.

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior processing that was lawful. Some services may not function without necessary data.

We process contact details to respond to inquiries, manage enrollments, deliver schedules, and provide mentor feedback channels described in each program.

Operational logs may include technical metadata such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps to secure labs and diagnose abuse.

Marketing communications, if any, are sent only with opt-in consent and include a clear unsubscribe path.

This notice applies to visitors of combine-node.one, registrants for MeshPilot Academy events, and participants in lab cohorts unless a separate enterprise agreement explicitly replaces sections for that customer.

It does not govern employment relationships with our staff, which are covered by separate internal policies and contracts.

If translations differ, the English version provided to Korean consumers will be interpreted consistently with mandatory local disclosures.

Enrollment records are kept for the period needed to document delivery, support quality standards queries, and meet tax or accounting obligations, typically at least five years unless a shorter period is lawful.

Support tickets and email threads are retained long enough to resolve issues and maintain continuity, then minimized or deleted according to internal schedules.

Security logs may be kept in shorter rolling windows unless an incident investigation requires longer retention.

Identifiers such as name, email address, organization, and phone number when you choose to provide them through forms or enrollment.

Program participation data including attendance markers, lab submissions you upload, and mentor comments necessary to deliver feedback.
