Terms of Use

Questions? Email hello@combine-node.one

1. Liability

MeshPilot Academy provides instructor-led lab experiences and related materials for professional development. To the fullest extent permitted under the Republic of Korea, liability for indirect or consequential loss is limited except where statute forbids such limitation.

Nothing in these terms removes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including in cases of intentional harm or gross negligence as determined by competent courts.

You agree to use lab environments responsibly and to avoid actions that could disrupt other learners, mentors, or shared infrastructure.

2. Intellectual property

Course materials, diagrams, lab topologies, and branded assets remain the property of MeshPilot Academy or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials during enrollment and for reasonable personal reference afterward.

You may not resell, republish, or publicly redistribute lab packs, recordings where offered, or mentor feedback excerpts without written permission.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve services without obligation of payment, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

3. Service description

Services include scheduled cohort sessions, mentor reviews described in each lab outline, and access to designated practice environments for the stated window. Features may vary by cohort format such as remote, blended, or on-site options.

MeshPilot Academy may update schedules for operational reasons, including instructor availability or facility constraints. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice and practical alternatives where feasible.

Informational pricing on the website does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance until enrollment is confirmed according to the process published at the time.

4. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction.

Consumers resident in Korea may bring disputes in the courts of their place of residence where mandatory law provides. Otherwise, Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction subject to non-waivable rights.

You may also pursue mediation or consumer dispute resolution channels available under the Framework Act on Consumers or related rules where applicable.

5. Acceptance

By browsing the site, submitting forms, or enrolling in a cohort, you confirm that you have authority to agree and that information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

If you enroll on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to payment and attendance obligations described in the order summary.

Continued use after notice of updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms except where applicable law requires explicit renewed consent.

6. Termination and suspension

MeshPilot Academy may suspend access to labs or community spaces if misuse is detected, including attempts to probe unrelated systems, share credentials, or harass participants.

You may stop using services at any time; refund eligibility follows the Returns & Refunds policy and statutory cooling-off rules where they apply.

Provisions that reasonably should survive termination, including intellectual property, liability limits where permitted, and dispute forums, remain in effect.

7. User obligations

You must keep account credentials confidential, use only identities you are permitted to represent, and follow mentor safety instructions inside labs.

Do not upload unlawful content, personal data of third parties without grounds, or malware. Report security concerns promptly to the contact email listed on this page.

Corporate learners must ensure that their participation complies with internal policies and export or confidentiality rules relevant to their employer.
